Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains our position on refunds for software licenses purchased from Nova Technologies. Please read it carefully before you buy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
1. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
Our products are digital software licenses that are delivered and can be copied and used immediately. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a license has been issued or the software has been delivered. This includes the one-time, lifetime license for the KuberAstra Gold Bot. By purchasing, you expressly waive any right to a refund to the extent permitted by law.
2. Try the Demo First
Before buying, you can watch the bot run live on our read-only demo account and run the software on your own demo account. We strongly recommend testing thoroughly on a demo before going live so that you are confident in the product before purchasing. Because a free demo is available, no refund will be given for “changing your mind” after purchase.
3. Trading Involves Risk
Trading foreign exchange, gold (XAUUSD), CFDs, and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Results are uncertain and depend on your broker, spreads, slippage, leverage, your settings, and market conditions — all of which are outside our control. Past or demo performance is not a guarantee of future results, and we make no profit or return guarantees.
4. We Are Not Responsible for Profit or Loss
Nova Technologies provides software tools only and is not responsible for any profit, loss, or trading outcome arising from use of our software. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions, settings, risk, broker choice, and results. A disappointing trading result is never a basis for a refund. 5. Limited Exception — Technical Issues
If the software genuinely does not function as documented and we are unable to resolve the issue after reasonable support, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a fix or replacement. Any such remedy relates only to the technical functioning of the software and never to trading or financial outcomes. This exception does not create any entitlement to a monetary refund.
