Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Nova Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you visit our website, purchase a license, complete onboarding, or use our software and services. By using our services or completing onboarding, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
- Contact details: your name, email address, and WhatsApp or phone number.
- Residency information: your selected residency (India or Outside India), used to determine which onboarding requirements apply to you.
- Trading account details: your MT5 account login or number (we never collect or store your account password) so we can activate and verify your bot license.
- KYC and onboarding records: a drawn electronic signature on your Bot Use Agreement, a disclaimer acknowledgement video link you provide, and, for residents of India, images of the front and back of your Aadhaar card.
- Billing data: records relating to your one-time license purchase (payment processing is handled by our payment provider).
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser information, and similar analytics data.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To activate, verify, and manage your software license.
- To verify your identity and complete know-your-customer (KYC) and onboarding compliance steps.
- To provide setup support and respond to your inquiries.
- To maintain records of your Bot Use Agreement and disclaimer acknowledgement.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To send important service and product updates (you may opt out of marketing messages).
3. How We Use Your KYC Documents
Your KYC and onboarding documents — including your Aadhaar images, electronic signature, and disclaimer video link — are collected and used only to verify your identity, confirm your agreement to our terms and disclaimers, and meet our compliance and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your personal data or your KYC documents, and we do not use them for advertising. Access to these documents is limited to authorized personnel who need them for the purposes described above.
4. Storage & Service Providers
We use trusted third-party processors to operate our services. Uploaded files and documents (such as Aadhaar images and signatures) are stored via Cloudinary, and onboarding records are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore). These providers process data on our behalf and host it on their secure infrastructure, which may be located outside your country of residence. We also use a payment provider to process purchases. Each provider is bound by its own terms and security practices.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only as follows:
- With Vantage (your broker): limited details needed to verify that your account was opened under our Introducing Broker link and to administer the IB relationship.
- With service providers: hosting, storage, payment, and analytics providers (such as Firebase/Google and Cloudinary) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- For legal reasons: where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
6. Cookies & Analytics
We may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how our website is used and to improve the experience. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data and onboarding records only for as long as necessary to provide your lifetime license, support you, and meet our legal, accounting, and compliance obligations. When data is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
8. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, and we rely on the security infrastructure of our processors. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent or object to certain processing. Please note that some data must be retained to meet legal and compliance obligations. To exercise your rights, contact us at hello@kuberastra.com.
10. Children
Our software and services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
