How does the bot decide when to trade?

Signal Pro analyses the market with a multi-confluence engine (market structure, order flow, volume, sessions and more) and only takes an entry when enough independent signals agree. It is selective by design — it does not trade every candle.

Does it use a grid / averaging?

Yes. The Assistant manages each entry as a basket — if the market moves against the position it can add layers at set distances and close the whole basket at a combined target, with breakeven and trailing protection on the average. This is a powerful but higher-risk style: a strong one-way move can build a deep basket, so correct capital and demo testing matter.

Yes. Once installed and attached to the chart with Algo Trading enabled, it runs hands-free 24/5. For best results run it on a VPS so it stays on even when your computer is off.

Which pair and timeframe does it run on?

The Gold package runs on XAUUSD using an M1 chart with a higher-timeframe (M15) trend filter. Just load the matching .set preset — you do not need to set anything by hand.

Does it avoid news and weekends?

Yes. Built-in filters keep it out of high-impact news, Fridays, the Monday opening gap, and off-session hours — so it trades only the windows allowed in the preset.

Is profit guaranteed?

No — absolutely not. No bot can guarantee profit. Trading forex, gold and CFDs carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of your capital. We provide software only; past or demo results never predict future performance.

What about drawdown / can I lose money?

Yes, you can lose money. Because the Assistant uses a grid/averaging style without a hard stop on every leg, a sustained move against the basket can create a large drawdown. Always test on a demo or small/cent account first, use sensible capital for your lot size, and never risk money you cannot afford to lose.

We do not promise or estimate any return. Results depend entirely on the market, your settings, your capital, and your risk tolerance — and they vary. Treat any past or demo figures as examples only, not a forecast.

How much capital do I need to start?

There is no fixed minimum, but more capital gives the grid more room to survive adverse moves. Many users start on a demo or a small cent account to see how the bot behaves with real conditions before committing larger funds. Keep your lot size conservative relative to your balance.

Can I test on a demo or cent account first?

Yes, and we strongly recommend it. A demo (or a small cent account) lets you watch the bot run in live conditions with little or no real risk. Your license covers 1 demo + 5 real accounts, so you can test and then go live.

How many accounts can one license run on?

How does pricing work — is it monthly?

No monthly fees. The Gold Bot is a one-time payment of $100 for a lifetime license. You pay once and the bot is yours, including free updates.

How do I pay?

After you log in, the dashboard shows our UPI details (ID, payee name and a QR code). Pay the shown amount in any UPI app, then submit your payment screenshot and the 12-digit UTR / reference number. Our team verifies it and unlocks the next step.

What happens after I pay?

Once we verify your payment, you complete a short agreement & KYC (Aadhaar + e-signature). After we approve that, your license key is issued automatically. Finally, add your MT5 account — once an admin approves it, the bot activates on that account.

Why do I have to verify the payee name before paying?

For your safety. Always confirm the UPI payee name matches exactly what we show on the payment screen before sending money. If the name does not match, do not pay — contact us first.

Which broker do I need?

The bot runs on MetaTrader 5 with the Vantage broker. Your Vantage account must be opened under our IB partner link — this is required to activate your license.

How do I open a Vantage account under your IB?

Accepted Answer

Use our IB referral link: https://vigco.co/la-com-inv/KUBERASTRA — signing up through this link automatically attaches your new account to our IB. After that, add the account in your dashboard so we can activate the license. (The link is also on the Pricing page.)

I already have a Vantage account — how do I connect it to your IB?

You can transfer an existing account to our IB. Log in to your Vantage Client Portal, go to the Profile section, select “Transfer IB/CPA/Sales”, and complete the transfer request form using our IB code KUBERASTRA. Vantage will review and confirm the request. Once your account is under our IB, add it in your dashboard to activate the license.

Why must my account be under your IB link?

The IB partnership is how the service is sustained and how we verify eligible accounts. If your account is not opened under our IB link (or transferred to it), the license cannot be activated on it.

Why is my account showing “Pending”?

Accepted Answer

New accounts you add stay Pending until an admin approves them. Approval confirms the account is under our IB and your onboarding is complete — then the bot license activates on that login. This usually takes a short while.

How is the bot installed?

You copy the two .ex5 files into MT5's MQL5 → Experts folder and the .set presets into MQL5 → Presets, then attach the bots to an XAUUSD chart and load the matching preset. The included step-by-step setup guide (PDF) walks you through every click.

The chart says “UNLICENSED ACCOUNT” — what do I do?

This means MT5 cannot reach the license server. In MT5 go to Tools → Options → Expert Advisors, tick “Allow WebRequest for listed URL”, add https://kuberastra.com exactly, and click OK. Also confirm your account is approved (Active) in your dashboard. The setup guide covers this step in detail.

The bot is attached but not trading — why?

Check that Algo Trading is enabled (the toolbar button is green), the correct .set preset is loaded, the market/session is open, and you have enough margin. The bot is also selective — it waits for a valid setup, so some quiet periods with no trades are normal.

Do I need a VPS?

A VPS is recommended (not required). It keeps MT5 and the bot running 24/5 even when your computer is off. You arrange your own VPS — we can point you to common providers, but it is not included.

Do I get updates?

Yes. Your one-time license includes free updates. When we improve the bot we send the new .ex5 file with short notes on what changed; you simply replace the old file in MT5.
