1. Software & Automation Tools Only

Nova Technologies is a software company. Our products — including the KuberAstra Gold Bot (XAUUSD) and other MetaTrader 5 (MT5) Expert Advisors and automation tools — are rule-based software that you install and run on your own MT5 platform. Everything we provide is a technology tool. Nothing we provide constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

2. We Are Not a Broker or Financial Adviser

We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager, money manager, or financial institution, and we are not registered as any of these. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your funds. We do not execute trades on your behalf as an intermediary, and we do not provide personalized investment recommendations or trading signals. Your broker relationship is with Vantage (or any broker you use), not with us.

3. High-Risk Trading Warning

Trading foreign exchange, gold (XAUUSD), CFDs, and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for every person. Leverage can work against you as well as for you. You can lose some, all, or potentially more than your deposited capital depending on your broker and settings. You should only trade with money you can genuinely afford to lose, and only after you fully understand the risks involved.

4. No Guarantee of Results

We make no promise, guarantee, or representation of any profit, return, income, or specific outcome. Statements describing how the software is designed to operate are not guarantees of performance. Any past results, demo results, backtests, or simulated results are not indicative of and do not predict future results. Hypothetical and demo performance has inherent limitations and may differ materially from live results.

5. You Are Solely Responsible for Profit and Loss

You alone are responsible for how you configure, deploy, and operate our software, for the broker and account you choose, for your risk settings, lot sizes, and capital, and for every trade placed on your account. Any profit or loss is entirely your responsibility. Nova Technologies is not responsible for your trading outcomes and accepts no liability for any gain or loss arising from your use of the software.

6. Results Depend on Factors Outside Our Control

The behavior and results of automated trading software depend on many factors we do not control, including your broker, account type, spreads, commissions, slippage, leverage, execution speed, swap and rollover charges, your VPS and internet connectivity, your chosen settings, and prevailing market conditions and volatility. Automated systems can fail, behave unexpectedly, or be interrupted. Identical software can produce different results on different accounts.

7. “As Is” — No Warranty

All software and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, profitable, or that it will achieve any particular result.

8. Affiliate & Broker (IB) Disclosure

To activate your license, accounts must be opened with Vantage through our Introducing Broker (IB) referral link. As an Introducing Broker, Nova Technologies may earn rebates or commissions from Vantage based on trading activity in accounts opened under our link. This does not increase your trading costs beyond your broker's standard terms, but you should be aware of this commercial relationship.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Technologies and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of our software or services. This disclaimer should be read together with our Terms of Service.
